As Administrator and oversight of business development, Michelle leads operations at ShoulderMD including financials, contracting, human resources, team building and relations, strategy, and other patient and professional services while developing the brand and growth of the practice.
As a Registered Nurse, Michelle has over 25 years of clinical and professional nursing experience and has an outstanding track of business success. She has served in senior-level positions including Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President of Innovation and Business Development in outpatient settings, ambulatory care surgery, medical practices, and hospital systems.
Michelle holds a Masters in Health Administrator from the University of Southern California and BSN from Marshall University in West Virginia.
